We evaluate every application:
It is a requirement that each applicant 18 years of age or older fills out a separate application. You must pay the $25.00 non-refundable application fee. We will determine from your responses to the application questions, public records, civil and criminal records, employment, personal, and rental references if you meet our rental criteria. If you supply any false information, your application will be automatically denied. It is required the entire application is completed. Failure to supply information can mean denial of the application.
If we do not have any properties available, we will contact you as soon as we have an opening.

lease signing!
Make sure to come to lease signing on time and prepared with a photo ID and all money required at move in- Deposit, Pet Fee, Pro-rated Rent, and First Full Month Rent (if moving in after the 15th of the month.) Utilities must be switched to your name within 3 business days of lease signing.
